To download a file from the internet, you must first right-click on the link. This will bring up a menu from which you should choose "Save Target As.." (in Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As..." (in Netscape).  Other browsers should have a similar feature.

When you make this selection the computer's typical "Save As" box will open and allow you to select the folder in which you want to save the file. (Be sure to remember the folder.) After you click on "Save" the file will be downloaded onto your computer.  You can then close your browser, log off of the Internet if you prefer, and open the file as you would any other file on your computer.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read and print the file. This is available free from the Adobe Website.
